Introduction
Cameroon is one of the countries in sub-Saharan Africa where urbanisation is taking place at a very rapid pace. Urban congestion is a major challenge and poor transport conditions are hampering economic development.
Swedfund has been requested to support Cameroon in developing an improved public transport system where areas such as efficiency and sustainability are prioritised.
