Wastewater and heat recovery in Vinnytsia
Introduction
Ukraine has an urgent need to repair, develop and modernise critical infrastructure, including its wastewater treatment plants.
The project will assess options for biogas production for heat and electricity, as well as heat recovery from treated wastewater for use in the district heating system.
The aim is to modernise the wastewater treatment plant and recover energy for use in the district heating system, reducing carbon emissions and improving water quality and access.
